These terms explain the basic conditions and limitations of the service.

Today Trade Journal stores trading records entered by users and organizes them into personal statistics.
2. Investment disclaimer
Statistics, copy, and visuals are not investment advice, solicitation, security recommendations, or guarantees of return. Users remain responsible for every investment decision and result.
3. Accounts and records
Users are responsible for keeping their account secure. Guest records exist only in browser storage and may be lost when browser data is cleared or the device changes.
4. Acceptable use
Attempts to disrupt the service, access another user’s data, or use the service for unlawful purposes may be restricted.
5. Paid features and billing
The Pro price, billing interval, and cancellation terms are shown before checkout. Paddle acts as the merchant of record and handles payment, tax, receipts, and subscription management. You may cancel at any time and retain Pro access until the end of the paid period.
6. Changes and availability
Features may change or become temporarily unavailable for maintenance. Material changes will be announced through the service when practical.
