Guest records stay in the current browser
Records created without an account use this browser's local storage. Clearing browser data or moving to another device can make them unavailable.
Avoid keeping personal trade records in a shared or public browser.
Connecting Google enables account sync
After Google sign-up or sign-in, existing guest records can move into the account. Member records and chart images are stored per account through Supabase and are not public posts.
Create a separate file backup
CSV is convenient for reviewing tabular data in other software. Use an Excel backup with images or a full ZIP backup when chart files matter.
- Create a CSV backup at month end
- Include images when the chart is part of the review
- Put the backup date in the filename
- Store the file in a private cloud folder or encrypted drive
Check screenshots for private information
A chart capture may include account numbers, balances, order identifiers, or notifications. Crop or cover those areas before uploading.
Individual records, all records, and the service account can be deleted inside the app. Check an active Pro subscription before account deletion.
